Third Danieli vertical grinding mill in operation at Anglo Asia Group

As part of its continuing expansion in secondary aluminum processing, Anglo Asia Group awarded the Final Acceptance Certificate for the third Danieli Henschel BMH 110-315 vertical grinder for processing Used Beverage Cans (UBC).

The Danieli Henschel vertical grinding mill is designed for efficient and reliable secondary metal processing. Equipped with a vertical rotor carrying 16 manganese-steel stars, the machine processes aluminum UBCs, new offcuts, blinding material and armatures through a gradual and controlled size-reduction process as the material descends by gravity.

Designed for continuous operation, the grinder produces shredded UBCs with a maximum dimension of 25 mm and a final product density of up to 3.5 t/m³. Standard production capacity is 8 tph, with the possibility for future upgrades according to production requirements.

To ensure long service life and operational reliability, the machine incorporates abrasion-resistant protection plates and manganese-steel shielding. Maintenance operations are simplified thanks to hydraulic casing access, automatic greasing of rotor blades, quick-change wear parts, and easy transmission cleaning and shielding replacement, minimizing downtime and ensuring high plant availability.
