Seminar on Project Risk Management

On November 30, 2016, a seminar on Project Risk Management was held at the Danieli Academy, with the participation of 50 students enrolled in the Master’s Degree program in Engineering Management at the University of Udine, accompanied by Professor Tonchia. Thanks to the hands-on assistance of a Senior PM and a talented young PM, the event saw the future engineers performing a real case risk analysis. This interactive seminar allowed the students to play key roles and better understand the workplace and what it means to be a Danieli Project Manager.
