MusiCup: two days dedicated to music
First edition of the international contest dedicated to youth bands, conceived by the ‘Rossini’ marching band of Castions di Strada
On April 16th and 17th, the first edition of the “MusiCup” international contest dedicated to youth bands (under 18) conceived by the ‘Rossini’ marching band of Castions di Strada was held at the Palamostre theater of Udine.
22 bands and 800 young music players coming from the regions Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Lombardia, Trentino-Alto Adige and from Austria took part in this event.
The “MusiCup” contest is aimed to highlight the talent of youths by rewarding the commitment and talent of young musicians.
Danieli & C. Spa collaborated to the organization of such event, since its belief is that children and teenagers engaged in municipal bands are an essential breeding ground for the musical culture of the territory.
