School - work alternation: 60 teachers in visit to Danieli

On Friday, 13 November 2015, the visit of 60 teachers from different Senior High Schools of the region was hosted at the Danieli Academy and in our workshops.

The visit was divided into three steps:
1) Presentation of the Danieli Group;
2) Visit to the workshops;
3) Presentation of ”Dual training : learning and working. The company’s point of view”

The meeting was focused on describing the Dual Training best practices from the company’s perspective.

Every year Danieli & C. Spa hosts about 150 students through the organization of curricular training courses in collaboration with a dozen of Senior High Schools of the district, and follows them in a punctual and accurate way throughout their traineeship.

During their stay in the company, students are engaged both within the production departments and in face-to-face classes on technical subject-matters within the Danieli Academy.
