Danieli & C. SPA Present at the “Punto d’Incontro” Exhibition at the Pordenone Fair
Danieli in search for young talents at the show dedicated to employment, training and careers guidance
On November 5 and 6, 2015, Danieli & C. S.p.A. was present with its own stand at the 8th edition of the “Punto d’Incontro” exhibition dedicated to employment, careers guidance and training at the Pordenone Fair.
This event, which took place in Hall 5 of the trade fair district of Pordenone, reached record levels of attendance: more than 6,000 high school students (increased by 15% compared to 2014) visited the show, 2,000 approx. of which coming from the province of Pordenone and 3,300 from the schools of the other provinces of the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and 800 from the nearby provinces of Venice and Treviso.
This type of audience composed the majority of visitors to the “Punto di Incontro” exhibition. However, the show was visited also by adults in search of new employment or professional specialisation, as well as by university students or graduates. At the end, the overall total number of visitors registered at the show exceeded 6,500 for both days.
Moreover, Danieli & C. S.p.A. took part in two workshops during which the young had the opportunity to get to know our company and the different types of jobs it offers.
