Parents – Teachers Meeting of May 4th, 2016
The ancient Greek word initially meant «spare time».
In ancient times, spare time was used to meet and discuss; a school was a community of men who, under the guidance of a teacher, were educated and acquired knowledge, by living together and exchanging views.
“Scholé” was therefore that precious time that brings you in contact with yourself.
“In my spare time I do what pleases and fulfils me most and makes me grow! I would like school to be exactly that for our children: the place where they like to go and are pleased to stay the most.”
