An international opportunity

The program offers a full-year training experience at Danieli headquarters in Buttrio, combining:

  • Multidisciplinary technical training to acquire strong theoretical foundations
  • Hands-on, on-the-job experience to apply skills in real situations
  • Immersive activities at production plants to gain deep understanding of industrial processes 

A concrete opportunity to develop key competencies in technical, commercial, and project management fields within an international, highly innovative environment. 


Training program

The first phase of the program begins with three months in the technical office, essential for understanding the core of Danieli’s business. Afterward, participants can choose to remain in the technical department or explore a different area of the company based on their skills and interests.

Each participant is supported throughout the program by a dedicated tutor, helping them grow professionally.
