“Commercial Task Force”: First Training Program Completed

The first training program named “Commercial Task Force” organized and followed by Danieli Academy has ended.

Over the course of one year 20 colleagues were involved (18 from the commercial area and 2 from the purchasing area), and 2,400 training hours in total were supplied.
The participants in the Commercial Task Force attended courses held by both internal and external teachers on technical subject-matters (Contracting, Costing, Job Guidelines, Information Technology) and on soft skills (Team up, Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Public Speaking, New Organisation), also deepening the aspect of multiculturalism.
Moreover, outdoor courses were held in Trieste at the “MIB School of Management” and at the base of the Frecce Tricolori (the acrobatic squad of the Italian Air Force) of Rivolto (Udine).

The training program ended with the presentation of the respective Business Units in the presence of their directors, Mrs. Perabò and Mr. Ximeris.
