Danieli and the Benedetti family: investing in ITS Academy Udine talent

On November 15, 2024, the scholarship award ceremony promoted by the Danieli Group and the Benedetti family took place at the Danieli Academy, dedicated to the most deserving students of the ITS Academy of Udine.

Fourteen young talents were selected and awarded for the results achieved in their training paths in the fields of mechatronics and technology. The scholarships recognized both graduates with outstanding results and students who successfully completed the first year of their courses, supporting their growth and specialization journey.

During the ceremony, two former ITS Academy students—now professionals at Danieli—also took the floor to share their experience, highlighting the value of a training path that facilitates entry into the job market and accelerates professional development.

The ceremony once again proved to be not only a recognition of merit, but also an opportunity for exchange and inspiration for young people. Through the “learning by doing” educational model, students acquire advanced technical skills while also developing essential soft skills.

Through this commitment, Danieli reaffirms its support for technical and scientific education and its dedication to promoting concrete opportunities for the younger generations, helping to strengthen the link between the world of education and the industrial sector.

Un’iniziativa congiunta per sviluppare competenze e rafforzare il legame tra formazione e industria

Il 15 novembre 2024, presso Danieli Academy, si è svolta la cerimonia di consegna delle borse di studio promosse dal Gruppo Danieli e dalla famiglia Benedetti, dedicate agli studenti più meritevoli dell’ITS Academy di Udine.

Quattordici giovani talent sono stati selezionati e premiati per i risultati ottenuti nei loro percorsi formativi in ambito meccatronico e tecnologico. Le borse di studio hanno riconosciuto sia studenti diplomati con eccellenti risultati, sia ragazzi che hanno concluso con profitto il primo anno dei corsi, sostenendone il percorso di crescita e specializzazione.

Durante la cerimonia sono intervenuti anche due ex studenti dell’ITS Academy, oggi professionisti in Danieli, che hanno condiviso la propria esperienza, evidenziando il valore del percorso formativo capace di facilitare l’ingresso nel mondo del lavoro e accelerare lo sviluppo professionale.

La cerimonia si conferma non solo come un riconoscimento del merito, ma anche come un’occasione di incontro e ispirazione per i giovani, che attraverso il modello didattico “learning by doing” acquisiscono competenze tecniche avanzate e sviluppano capacità trasversali fondamentali.
