BARCA METALS completes final equipment inspection at Danieli Thailand workshop

BARCA METALS recently completed a final inspection visit at the Danieli Thailand workshop to validate key equipment supplied for its recycling operations.

The inspection covered the main equipment package, including a pre-shredder, shredder and hydraulic power unit (HPU). Danieli Thailand engineering and production teams supported the inspection activities and provided full visibility of equipment assembly, testing and operating conditions.

During the visit, the BARCA METALS team carried out a comprehensive evaluation of mechanical quality, assembly standards, functional performance and compliance with the agreed technical specifications. The inspection activities confirmed that the supplied equipment met the required project criteria.

The evaluation was conducted jointly by customer and Danieli Thailand personnel, ensuring alignment on all technical aspects and operating requirements. The inspection process also verified the quality of manufacturing, and the effectiveness of the testing procedures applied prior to delivery.

The inspection concluded successfully, with BARCA METALS expressing satisfaction with the supplied equipment and the support provided throughout the process. This milestone further strengthens the cooperation between the two companies ahead of the next stages of project execution.
