The Q-Space media helmet represents a step forward in the development of the assistance in the digital era. Through this system, it is possible to connect a Danieli Service expert from headquarters with a remote operator at the plant that needs of assistance in the execution of a particular task.

With the Q-SPACE tool, and making use of innovative augmented reality technology, the expert can guide the field technician step-by-step through all the necessary operations, directly interacting with the environment being viewed by superimposing useful images (e.g., identification of components, disassembly procedures, parameter settings, measurements, etc.).
